How do you build a program for my business?

We will set up a time to meet with you and discuss your business, the successes that you have had along with the challenges that you are experiencing, and to outline your goals for your business.  We will then do a comprehensive review of your business operations, online presence, and identify opportunities to assist you in meeting your goals. Whether you need an assistant to manage inbound communication, lead follow-up, a strong website, or an improved social media presence, we will build an operational support program that is specifically designed to meet your needs.  We are constantly developing new support offerings, so just ask!

How do we work together when we are in different regions?

We utilize shared workspace on multiple platforms including Google, SharePoint, Zoom, Dropbox among others.  Through the analysis of your business, we determine the platforms that would be most useful for you and your business and create a shared workspace.  We establish a regular meeting schedule with you to receive new tasks, report progress, and learn more about you and your business as it evolves. We understand that goals change frequently as new opportunities arise, and we are able to change up priorities quickly to meet the demands of your business.  How and when you receive alerts and communication from your representative is up to you! You let us know what is emergent, urgent, and routine, and we will work with you accordingly!

How do you help me grow my business?

How can you support my business without having the expertise of my industry?

We don’t need to be!  However, you will have a dedicated manager who will gather all of the essential information needed about your industry, but the goal is to allow you, the expert, to continue to do so without the burden of the “back office” tasks.  That is our area of expertise! How can I make sure my business information is secure with INDIGO?

We provide a business contract to you at the start of our relationship that includes a non disclosure agreement.  We will not share information regarding your business with anyone! We protect your business fiercely. Your account passwords are secure and only provided to those that will actually be working with your business.  We have strict guidelines for our team members to make sure your interests are thoroughly protected.
